Textures & Overlays

color-shop | Textures & Overlays
Textures and overlays are used to add effects and textures to your photographs, for example a bokeh effect on your fashion images or a texture overlay to create a mood or feel. It’s like using a color treatment but with the added texture from the overlay image. Experimenting with different overlays and blending modes, is always lots of fun! Our favorite blending modes are: Lighten, Screen, Darken, Overlay and Soft Light.
