I want to thank the color-Shop team for being so quick to help with the installation of my new preset package. It wasn't difficult to install but being a bit of a neophyte I had a few questions. I thought that buying something on Friday night would probably pose a problem getting the support I needed but it wasn't the case at all! They were right back to me in a timely fashion and got me going. thank you

I would like to share my positive interactions with the Color-Shop staff and products. I recently purchased Summer Sun presets for Lightroom 4 and have been very pleased with the results. Easy to upload and use, and as an amateur photographer I find the presets add a wow-factor and unique style to sometimes otherwise dull photos. Importantly, the presets save me a ton of time & greatly increase my workflow.
Perhaps more importantly, I have had very positive interactions with the Color-Shop staff. They responded to my emails within hours, were flexible with respect to my request, and went out of their way to provide a customer service that seems rare nowadays. I appreciate that effort and attitude as much as the products and the combination will keep me coming back.
