Excellent support and service

I would like to express my most sincere thanks to all the CS Team for providing me with the fastest support I ever had following a purchase on the internet. It's quick, it's simple, it's straightforward, it's efficient. And as a professional those are the qualities I value the most when it comes to choosing a partner or supplier. I would like to share my positive interactions with the Color-Shop staff and products. I recently purchased Summer Sun presets for Lightroom 4 and have been very pleased with the results. Easy to upload and use, and as an amateur photographer I find the presets add a wow-factor and unique style to sometimes otherwise dull photos. Importantly, the presets save me a ton of time & greatly increase my workflow.
Perhaps more importantly, I have had very positive interactions with the Color-Shop staff. They responded to my emails within hours, were flexible with respect to my request, and went out of their way to provide a customer service that seems rare nowadays. I appreciate that effort and attitude as much as the products and the combination will keep me coming back.
I hope others enjoy the presets and company interactions as much as I have. Thanks again Color-Shop! Keep up the good work.

Customer service

Had received CS-Master-Collection-Fashion-Beauty as a gift and right from the start fell in love with all the new things I could do. After having it for almost a year my iMac went to apple heaven and was unable to retrieve any information off it. And no longer had any info that would re-allow me to download another copy of the Master collection.
After spending some time talking with Color-Shop, and trying to provide them with as much info as I had they were more then willing to help get me another link to download the master collection. Thanks Color-Shop
